Belcher, SIOR, has been named as a Top Broker of 2008 in First Industrial Realty Trust’s First Place Broker Recognition Program. Jerry P. Fogel, SIOR, of Kessinger/Hunter, Hart Corporation’s partner in the Kansas City marketplace, shared in this award as well. The program recognizes excellence nationwide by identifying top performers in three categories: investment, leasing, and development transactions. First Industrial Realty Trust, has given Jim this honor in recognition of his outstanding work with First Industrial on a 400,000 square foot state-of-the-art distribution center constructed for Pure Fishing, Inc. The distribution center was constructed in the Kansas City Area by First Industrial and leased on a long term basis to Pure Fishing, Inc. The new distribution center will significantly increase supply chain efficiencies within Pure Fishing’s distribution network.
