Joe Boerner is a corporate accounts representative based out of our headquarters in Southampton, Pennsylvania. As part of the Corporate Marketing team, Joe maintains regular contact with corporate real estate decision-makers throughout the country and abroad in order to assist firms with their acquisition, disposition and development needs. In addition to account management, Joe focuses on new account development and project management.
Joe has over 12 years of sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining the Corporate Marketing Team, Joe was a member of Hart's Mid-Atlantic Region where his responsibilities included the coordination of affiliate partner activity within his territory, maintenance of relationships with economic development contacts from the local, county and state levels, and coordination of all site selection tours within the region.

In 2011, Joe received the award for "Largest Dollar Transaction" from Hart Group International.
Community:
When not working, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is an active participant in fundraising activities for several non-profit organizations, including Autism Speaks. Joe also attends the annual "Walk now for Autism Speaks" in Philadelphia, where his team received a "Top Team" award in 2009.
