Jim Belcher has been a member of the Hart Corporation International Marketing Team since 1987. Jim is responsible for establishing and developing the proper real estate contacts within major corporations. In addition to maintaining these relationships, he also works closely with our field offices, as well as with Hart Group International affiliates. Jim has handled transactions involving millions of square feet of industrial space and hundreds of millions of dollars during his years working in real estate. As a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors since 1996, Jim has met rigid professional and ethical standards, as well as demonstrated proven marketing ability and knowledge of the principles involved in the guidance and completion of real estate transactions.

2001 - Jim was awarded recognition for the Largest Industrial Dollar Volume Transaction completed by an Active Member of SIOR.
2004 – He received the award presented for the Largest Dollar Volume Transaction by Hart Group International.
2008 – Jim received first place in First Industrial Realty Trust’s Broker Recognition Program.
2009 - Hart Group International presented him with another award for the Largest Dollar Volume and Largest Building Size Transaction.
